By no means am I a professional photographer. I’d like to say my best work is luck. I pick up my camera, play with the settings and hope for the best. My photography is done for my own enjoyment, however, it is nice when others share in that joy. My work is not perfect but art is never perfect.

The first camera I owned was a Nikon CoolPix P600. A simple point and shoot camera. It was what I could afford at the time and had decent reviews. For more information on the camera click here.

The second camera that came into my possession was gifted to me by my mother. It was a Nikon  D3400, this is the camera I shoot with today. While It was the option to swap out lenses I stick to the 18-55mm lens. For more information on the camera click here

At the moment I am not in the market for a new camera. I am interested however in discovering new lenses and learning how to better operate the camera that I have now. While I enjoy figuring things out on my own, I would like to one day learn the ‘proper’ way to take photos. Regardless, I intend to continue enjoying taking photos of the things I find beautiful and interesting.
